Geoff has been with the Virginia State Police for 15 years. The first 5 years of his career were spent as a Trooper, patrolling the highways outside of Washington, D.C. He was then promoted to Special Agent. As an Agent Geoff’s major responsibilities were as a Bomb Technician and a Fire Investigator; however, he has also conducted various other investigations including Public Corruption and Violent Crimes. In 2008, Geoff was promoted to his current position of First Sergeant. In his current position Geoff supervises a Criminal Investigations Office with 10 Special Agents.Geoff now lives in Bristol, VA with his wife of 10 years Heather and their 7 year old daughter, Lauren. When he is not working or taking his daughter to dance, piano, or soccer (football), he enjoys playing golf, hiking and reading.
